Terms and Conditions
The Products that we sell on our site can be paid by either Master Card or VISA.
90% of sale items are in stock and in most cases will be delivered within 7 working days. We will contact you (the customer) to organise delivery.
Upon purchasing goods either we or our courier whom we use will contact you within the next few days to book in a day for delivery. Unfortunately we are unable to organise specific times for delivery because if the courier is held up by another customer the whole day becomes delayed. We will however be able to contact you approximately ½ an hour before delivery. Delivery times are between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
All deliveries are strictly for delivery of the goods only into a safely allocated area which you choose. The couriers cannot remove doors, or be solely responsible to move furniture. Delivery does not include installation and removal of any item into a building.
If you are not at home for a delivery or someone cannot accept it. The courier will return the appliance back to our warehouse and you will be required to pay for another delivery.
If any item is damaged at delivery we and if you choose to decline it another replacement will be sent out at another date.
We maintain this website on a daily basis and occasionally we may make an error. With essential measurements we recommend that you contact the manufacturer for the dimensions of the item you are looking or have purchased.
If you do see an error please contact us so we can fix it as soon as possible.
