Kleenmaid's 51 litre Built In Combi Steam Oven is also a Microwave and Convection Oven and a Grill. SMC4540X does almost everything! Its functions include steaming, microwaving, grilling, convection cooking and various combinations of these, making it one of the most versatile steam ovens available. It has 20 auto cooking menus (for steam oven and non-steam menu), 16 cooking & 5 steaming functions, BOOST – fast pre-heating to 220˚C in just 5 minutes, a Sanitation cleaning function and a child lock. SMC4540X is constructed with an Ezy Kleen enamel cavity, stainless steel boiler, integrated smooth glide water reservoir, multi point steam and microwave injection and includes a glass cooking tray, deep enamel tray with wire grilling insert, stainless steel perforated steaming tray and much more.

Convection Hot Air Frying: Air Frying works by the circulation of hot air producing a similar cooking result to Deep Frying, only without the oil. With the use of an Air Frying basket (such as Kleenmaid's AFB6010 - click to purchase separately) and by following the recommended cooking instructions for fan forced cooking on the food packet, the SMC4540X oven will hot air fry your meals to perfection.

The SMC4540X is both stylish and efficient so when installed with an rangehood and cooktop from our Elegance range this combi steam oven adds to the streamlined sophistication of your kitchen. Other features include touch controls, an electronic timer, internal light and a clock. What this combi steam oven doesn't have is a turntable as, by utilising omni directional microwave technology, it doesn't need one. This means there is room for larger dishes in the cavity.
