Cleaning and Care 

• Regularly clean with mild soapy water using a microfibre cloth 
• In areas that are highly polluted or coastal locations, it is recommended to clean 2-3 times per week 
• Do not use harsh detergents, bleach, cream cleaners or citrus-based cleaners. These substances are abrasive and will damage the surface 
• Do not undue pressure and wipe in one direction only

• Replacement parts or products: 15 years 
• Replacement coloured finish: 5 years

• A replacement product or parts: 5 years 
• Labour: 1 year 

Tapware 

• Ceramic disc cartridge: 5 years 
• A replacement product or parts: 5 years 
• Replacement coloured finishes: 1 year 
• Labour: 1 year

Bath Outlets 

• A replacement product or parts: 15 years 
• Labour not included in the warranty 

All products manufactured by Fienza are of the uppermost standard and are in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Fienza offers a warranty period on products from the date of purchase and that the products are free from defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the terms and conditions detailed on their website.
