The 8W LED centre light provides illumination, while the two 275W powerful heat lamps provide instant warmth on those cold winter mornings. The inline extraction fan keeps your bathroom clear from moisture and odours all year round.

The unit comes with 6 metres of Flexi-Duct and features self-sealing back draught shutters that prevent draughts and insects entering the unit while not in use.

This exhaust fan with light and heater is suitable for 5-star energy rated homes.
