The Black Krystal Multifunction Culinary Drawer CDK15630 is perfect for keeping food warm, preheating dinnerware, slow cooking, defrosting, drying foods, proofing dough and much more. It has 3 preset temperatures for warming crockery and food plus adjustable and customisable temperature and time settings for other cooking. This 22L drawer has a 25kg load capacity and is particularly suitable for large and tender pieces of meat, as with low temperature cooking meat loses less liquid (less molecular breakdown) and maintains organoleptic characteristic (vitamins, proteins and so on) keeping freshness, flavor and juiciness intact. As with all Kleenmaid appliances, it comes with a 5 year warranty.
